Return form policy
At NIJUSHI, we are committed to offering the highest quality jewellery and service. If you change your mind about your purchase, or if your order arrives damaged or your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a return. Please review our return policy below for details on eligibility, return conditions, and refunds.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Eligibility. To be eligible for a return, NIJUSHI jewellery must be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates included, where applicable.
- Return Policy. Returns of eligible, non-personalised gold and silver jewellery are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment themselves, using a shipping service of their choice. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, particularly for high-value items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
STEPS FOR INITIATING A RETURN
- Complete the Return Form. Fill out the return form available on our website to provide the necessary details, including your order number, item description, and reason for return.
- Approval. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
- Ship the Item. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit and include a printed copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
REFUNDS
- Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Original delivery charges will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Personalised, engraved or custom-made gold or silver jewelry are generally non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
