6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, NIJUSHI jewellery must be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates included, where applicable.

6.2 Return Policy

Returns of eligible, non-personalised gold and silver jewellery are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment themselves, using a shipping service of their choice. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, particularly for high-value items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

6.3 Exclusions

Personalised, engraved, or custom-made jewellery is excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This exclusion does not affect customers' statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

6.4 Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Original delivery charges will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.

7. Gift Cards

7.1 Purchase and Delivery

NIJUSHI digital gift cards can be purchased through our online shop and are delivered electronically via email.

7.2 Redemption

Gift cards are redeemable exclusively on the NIJUSHI online shop for the purchase of eligible silver and gold jewelry. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to third parties for value.

7.3 Validity and Expiration

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

7.4 Loss or Theft

NIJUSHI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat your gift card code like cash.

7.5 Balance and Returns

If the total value of your order exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. If you return an item purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, in accordance with our return policy.

All content on the NIJUSHI website—including but not limited to jewelry designs, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of NIJUSHI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
